Our anonymous ethics and compliance hotline solution, Verifi™, is one of the ways we help organizations build cultures of accountability and trust.

The name Veritas means “Truth.”

Our Origins

Founded in 2012. Built on Decades of Experience.

Veritas was founded in 2012, but the experience behind the firm was developed over decades. Our practice is built on experience developed inside one of the world’s leading global accounting and advisory firms, where our founder served from staff through international partner ‐ including client service, investigative, and national leadership roles.

That experience included complex audits, financial investigations, regulatory matters, and work involving significant corporate fraud matters. It also included service in a national practice leadership role helping guide important initiatives affecting the U.S. audit profession.

Veritas was formed to bring that depth of experience, independence, and judgment into a more focused practice built around truth, service, and trusted relationships.
